Silva, previously known as "Bait Ciuk", was among the first houses in Livigno, and where most of our family members grew up.
After undergoing a first renovation, we are finally adding our personal touch to the apartments, hoping to create a unique and meaningfull holiday experience for our guests.
Family Retreat
Upon request, we can provide suitable equipment for your children, based on their age and what could make your holiday most comfortable.
Into the Woods
The chalet is flanked by old larch trees, side by side with a small river. It isn't rare to find curious squirrels knocking at your window.
Town Center
Restaurants "Al Mond Vei" and "Kosmo Taste the Mountain" are only 200m away from home. In just 4 minutes by foot, you can quickly reach Livigno's walking center.
Ski-in Ski-out
During the winter season and with regular snow conditions, you can reach Mottolino Fun Mountain with your skis from home. Otherwise, the gondola base is just 250m away.

At the moment, two of Silva's apartments are for rent: Echo & Aura. The two are very similar in terms of square footage and rooms. What sets them apart is their finishing and overall look.
ECHO
DELUXE APARTMENT
Echo maintains its authentic real wood decorations. Most pieces of furniture are original and have been in our family for decades. It is a traditional lodge, with fine wooden features, antique ceilings and floors.
AURA
LUXURY PENTHOUSE
Aura is a new addition to the chalet, a floor elevation of these recent years. Its design follows clean lines with modern equipment. Beam ceilings and wide windows make the atmosphere airy and light.

Classic & Traditional
Echo is on the 1st floor of the chalet.
It is fit to host up to 8 guests, plus 1 baby (0-4 yo).
The living & dining areas are south-facing, overlooking the surrounding gardens.
The apartment has a warm feel to it, especially due to the rich wood texture that ties the space together.
